xixilab aligners are a series of clear aligners that are custom-made to slowly move your teeth. They are designed and manufactured by a qualified dental lab with over 20 years of experience in dental technology, serving over 200 dentists internationally. The clear aligners are made of medical grade plastic imported from Germany, which is transparent and therefore hardly noticeable when worn. The xixilab aligners are removable so you can brush and floss as you normally would.

Our dental lab professionals create your personalized Smile Enhancement Plan (SEP) based on your oral health profile from the online assessment, your dental Xray and your 3D dental model (taken either by impression or by 3D scan). Based on the SEP, we custom-make a series of clear aligners which move your teeth over time. Each aligner is designed to be worn for two weeks (20-22 hours a day; remove when eating, brushing and flossing), to encourage your teeth to shift continuously until they reach their desired position.

It’s easy! You can start by completing our comprehensive online assessment designed by our healthcare professionals to give you a free consultation of your dental health needs, without expensive and untimely dental appointments. Your assessment will be reviewed by a xixilab dentist and the xixilab customer service team will contact you to explain your results. If you are eligible for teeth aligning, we will schedule an appointment for you with one of our partner dentists who will take an x-ray of your teeth (to ensure no underlying problems) and create your 3D dental model. After that, our dental lab professionals will develop your personalized Smile Enhancement Plan (SEP) which we will send to you for review. Once you are happy with your new smile, we will make your aligners and post the full set to you. You can then start your SEP in the comfort of your own home!

Some customers may need to have their first fitting done at the dental clinic (for example if attachments are needed), in this case, we will explain the process to you during the review of your SEP and schedule a dental clinic appointment for you.

xixilab aligners are not for everyone. Whether you need one depends on the severity of malocclusion (how misaligned your teeth are) and your general oral health. For the more severe cases, we will refer you to one of our partner dental clinics. The best way for us to tell is through the online assessment, which is a free oral health assessment designed by our healthcare professionals.

The starting price for xixilab aligning system is 22,000 HKD (18,000 RMB) including personal dental check up, creation of your personalized 3D dental model, assessment by dental lab professionals, development of your Smile Enhancement Plan, production of your custom made clear aligners, shipment, regular online follow-up with our dentist, one free replacement aligner and retainers. We also include accessories to help care for your aligners and ease the initial discomfort, such as rubber chewies, cases, travel tooth brush, aligner wax and aligner filer to smoothen any rough edges and dental mouth opener to help with your online follow-up. For a limited time, we are giving away our xixilab teeth whitening system (whitening gel + cold light) for customers who purchase the xixilab aligners (please see xixilab WHITE range).

Our dentist will call or message you at the beginning of your aligning process and then every three months to see how you are getting on. They will request that you send high resolution photos of your teeth using the dental mouth opener in order to assess progress. You may also discuss any oral health concerns that you may have.

You may experience some pain on the first day of wearing the new aligner and itching sensation for a week. This is perfectly normal. It is a sign that your aligners are gently moving your teeth to their new desired position. This soreness should gradually fade. If the pain doesn’t go away, please contact our dentist via our xixilab WeChat account.

Depending on your teeth, our clear aligner system is designed to be completed between 6 to 12 months.

To keep the aligners looking clear, it is important that you keep them clean. Remove them before eating and avoid drinking tea, coffee and red wine while wearing them. Beware of wearing colored lipsticks as some of them may stain your aligners. You should clean your aligners each time you brush your teeth; use a regular soft-bristled toothbrush, which is included in your kit. Do not use hot water! For a deeper clean, you may use a denture cleanser.

You can order a replacement right away by contacting our customer service team via our xixilab WeChat account by providing your name and the aligner number. You can order one replacement for free, beyond that we charge 1,000 HKD (800 RMB) per aligner. Your replacement aligner will be delivered to you within 10 working days. Meanwhile, please wear your previous aligner to ensure that your teeth do not move out of the desired position.

To put it bluntly, yes you do! We recommend that you wear your retainer at night when you sleep. Without it, your teeth may change position. A free retainer is included at the end of your straightening process. We recommend replacing your retainer every 6 months to keep them fresh. You can order them with us for HKD$1500 (RMB¥1200).

It is better that you treat your gum disease first so you have good oral health before the straightening process.
